An effective coaching process doesn’t change who you are; it reveals who you are. It elevates what you’re capable of, unlocking your inherent power and agency and influence, leveraging your strengths, and turning your growth areas into unrealized potential. My coaching style is about getting to the crux of what makes you you, and what makes your why your why. It’s not checking boxes or clicking through a slide deck - it’s about building a relationship, with me, with one another, and with your whole self.

Bi-Monthly Sessions:

Our coaching sessions occur twice a month, ensuring consistent progress and focused engagement. During these sessions, you choose the areas you want to explore and the topics you wish to prioritize, aligned with your individual development plan. Your expertise in your professional life is valued, and my role is to support and empower you on your path.

 

Practicing New Approaches:

Through the coaching process, we support you in navigating complexity and nuance, utilizing emotional intelligence and developing your situational awareness. We help you develop the ability to hold space for both/and thinking, avoiding binary traps of either/or thinking and create personal strategies for impact.
